The Story

From operator to
company builder.

My work has always lived at the point where technology meets the day-to-day reality of a business — where an idea has to survive contact with customers, teams and operations, not just a pitch deck.

I moved from running operations for a consumer brand into building in AI and automation because that's where the leverage is today. Most companies don't fail for lack of vision; they stall in execution — in the messy middle where systems, people and go-to-market have to actually work together.

As Co-Founder and COO of BoostMySites, I help build the infrastructure that lets businesses adopt AI and automation without breaking what already works. And increasingly, I spend my time with early-stage founders — because the lessons that cost me the most are the ones worth passing on fastest.

Clarity comes from shipping, not from another week of planning.

Technology should solve real problems.

If it doesn't remove real work or real cost, it's a demo, not a business.

Speed matters — but direction matters more.

Moving fast in the wrong direction is just an expensive way to be lost.

Founders don't need more noise. They need better decisions.

The job is to cut through, not to add another opinion to the pile.

Operations is where vision survives or dies.

Strategy is cheap. Execution is the actual moat.
